Stevens papers, 1882-1917.

Ledgers, accounts and correspondence reflecting his work with the Texas-California Stage Company and the Arizona Consolidated Stage and Livery Company from 1882 to 1917 in Florence, Ariz. There are ledgers for irrigation, 1911-1912, personal accounts, 1902-1905, and a saloon, 1885-1886. Account ledgers for the stage company include financial accounts, fares, pasturage fees, blacksmith accounts and feed accounts, 1892-1917. There are also Florence town council meeting minutes and a few documents from Stevens tenure as U.S. Land Office commissioner.
